Return Policy

To return something, please email contact@henriettasworld.com and provide the order number and reason for return. All returns require authorisation by a customer service representative within 30 days of the delivery date. Unauthorised returns will be refused.

Refund Policy:

  • Refunds will be made into the original mode of payment and will be processed within 10 to 45 days depends on the issuing bank of the credit card

  • Please note we do not currently cover the cost of return shipping

  • Any order discrepancies must be reported within 3 working days, this includes damaged items

  • When reporting damaged items please have order number to hand and images of the damaged product

  • Please handle your products with care! Damages caused by improper handling aren't our responsibility

  • Personalised items are not returnable

  • All digital download products are not eligible for refund if the product has already been downloaded

  • Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded
